Production

The production base of the household chemicals manufacturer LLC Household Chemicals Plant "SV" consists of five main production areas:

A key feature of our production is its closed-loop cycle, meaning that all products are fully manufactured at our facility — from packaging to final filling. The presence of our own research and production laboratory allows us to maintain control at every stage of the production process and ensure a high-quality product.

All finished products undergo certification based on ecological, hygienic, and toxicological indicators, which allows us to guarantee their high quality — confirmed by the conclusions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and several independent laboratories in EU countries.

Packaging Production

Equipped with automatic extrusion blow molding lines and injection molding machines.

In-House Research and Production Laboratory

Control over the entire production process chain — from raw material intake to finished product release.

Boiling Workshop

Equipped with specialized boilers.

Filling and Packaging Area

Installed modern automatic and semi-automatic lines.

Finished Goods Warehouse

Includes loading bay and internal storage zone, which includes finished goods depot and raw materials warehouse.

All the mentioned production areas for household chemicals in Ukraine are equipped with the latest automatic equipment manufactured in Ukraine, Germany, and China.

Our enterprise also has its own printing production facility with modern equipment, which currently fully meets the Company's needs for producing high-quality printed products.

Laboratory

The company pays great attention to the quality of the products it manufactures and has an in-house research and production laboratory, whose main tasks are:

  • quality control of incoming raw materials;
  • quality control of finished products;
  • implementation of the latest innovations to improve technological instructions, development of new product types, and enhancement of existing formulations;
  • quality control at all stages of the production process.
